The multiplier event of the LAMOS EU project was organized by Action Synergy under the title “Work in Europe” on Thursday 18^th of October at the premises of Improvibe with the attendance of 45 people.

The event was divided in three main parts. The first part, following the introduction and the general presentation of the project focused on the presentation of European initiatives focusing on the facilitation of work related mobility. In this framework there were presented the European programs Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, “Your First EURES Job” and REACTIVATE.  The second part was dedicated to the presentation of the main results of the project: ICT tool, Model of working with people interested in transnational labor mobility and training modules for the preparation and adaptation in a foreign working environment. The third part was dedicated to a practical workshop where the participants had the chance to have an interactive session based on a training module.

The event was attended mainly young job seekers interested in transnational work mobility as well as stakeholders active in the sector such as career counsellors, psychologists, career centres of universities etc.
